Conventional Fruit Labels － Four digits starting with 4

傳統的水果標籤 －四個數字數字開頭為 4

Organic Fruit Labels － Five digits and starts with number 9

有機的水果標籤 － 五個數字數字開頭為 9

Genetically Modified Fruits － Start with the digit 8

基因改造的水果 － 五個數字數字開頭為 8

So next time you go shopping, remember these critical numbers and know how to avoid purchasing inorganic and GMO fruits.

因此下次您去購物，請記住這些數字，就知道如何避免購買到無機的和轉基因生物水果。

This is good to know because stores aren't obligated to tell you if a fruit has been genetically modified .

一定要注意，因為商店沒有義務告訴你：水果有沒有被基因改造。

So if you come across an apple in the store and it's label is 4922, it's a conventional apple grown with herbicides and harmful fertilizers. If it has a sticker 99222, it's organic and safe to eat.

如果你在商店看到一個蘋果它的標籤是4922，這是一個傳統的蘋果，是用除草劑和有害肥料種植的。如果它的標籤是99222，它是有機的並且可以安全食用。

If it says 89222, then do not buy!!!!  It has been genetically modified (GMO).
